What motor is the crank,cam gear and cam from? I would verify if the cam gear is for a Y8. How you can tell is if the key cut out is offset from 0*. I believe a Y8 cam gear key cut is 4.75* retarded. Also when setting TDC on a Y8 remove the valve cover set a machinest ruler flat on the head surface....

Are you using Octane Booster?

Man, that is wierd because I have had no issues. Have you tried to make a new cal from scratch? Maybe its a hardware problem are you using Demon or Ostrich? Verify that all you com port settings are correct. Maybe good idea to use wipe the FTDI Drivers and reload and start from scratch.

The Boost Solenoid setup NC/NO is working correctly for me, so you may want to verify that one. It seems some users the settings where changing whenever they connected the emulator.
