When you mean flooding it out, does the car run? the big thing to do once you first load your basemap is to start the car and tune the base injector offset which is what I think you are missing. Once you actually tune the offset, then you can turn on the accessories/unplug the alternator in order to...

This is the JAW 1.041 made by Allen at 14point7.com. He has come out with a NAW as he calls it which uses the same display, but is a lot smaller of a system. You will need to make your own wideband cable, but it uses the regular Bosch LSU 4.2 from a VW, part number 17014. We originally used a first-...

I'm a sucker for the JAW or NAW from 14point7 if you have many DIY skills... The controller can be mounted in any sort of case, here it is bare: http://img44.imageshack.us/img44/5561/1010580.jpg And if you have a DC etc, you can mount the actual display in the OE clock :) http://img34.imageshack.us/...

Yup, that was me :) It's really just XP Pro with a vista theme, so the OS isn't to blame. i've tried going back to the default display settings minus the theme and it still has the same problems. It's just rather annoying because it will even plain stop updating the display whilst datalogging etc.

I tried downloading the current .rar twice with no luck yesterday. It would get to the force update and pop up with the same message. I took one more crack at it today and it seems to have worked this time.

It's not that though, I've been using eCtune for ~8 months now, I know how to use the force update. The problem is that the force update isn't making contact with the update server in order to actually update.

I've noticed just a high overall cpu usage (anywhere inbetween 30-50% when even just tuning/navigating around eCtune. CPU is an intel T7800 @ 2.6ghz dual core.

It's happening all the time, whether I'm on battery power or am plugged in. That is the interesting thing is that it isn't any other program but eCtune which does this. I have tried setting its thread priority to above normal/high and this does nothing either. It may be worth noting that when I'm ac...

Display lag

Hi - I purchased eCtune ~10 months or so ago and it's been great except for one little issue that really irks the hell out of me! Has anyone else noticed that the display/tables are well laggy while navigating throughout the program and while tuning? The program is being run on my personal laptop wh...

Very sharp! Are you still utilizing the GReddy elbow or did you step up to something less restrictive?
