I used another chipped ECU as well, and everything is now working fine. No more solid CEL. Must have been a problem with the soldering/socketing of the ECU to begin with.

My red LED does not turn off when I connect to the emulator. J12 is cut, I uploaded a baserom+calibration, and the CN2 cable is plugged in correctly. Why is the LED still on?

I am having the exact same issues. Is this because my registration information hasn't been returned yet? I just registered today, and was told I need to place an XML file in the eCtune directory. Is that correct?
