won't work on my laptop, i'm using XP and this happens (screen shot)

so i'm using a demon with ectune and it worked for a bit and froze up a few times. Now i'm having major trouble, won't connect anymore at all my friends laptop connects but then gives errors and the fuel graph is a white box with red lines. . . .anyhelp would be great thanks

I just paid like 80 bux to get super express shipping to get my demon+ectune bundle from xenocron and i've installed it and setup ecune now it won't let me upload to the demon emulator???????? when i try to put in the serial i was given it say's invalid and to contact vendor??? someone please help m...
