It's been 4 weeks for me now. thats close to the timeframe when I have received mine. one year it took almost 3 months; but Calvin went though s...

So I got my ostrich working again. I never used the upload base rom and calibration before. Only upload calibration. So after I did rom + cal it started to work correctly. The serial number and registration never changed. Only the base rom needed to be uploaded.... Doh I completely missed that, I h...

If my boss didn't pay me on time, I'd be finding a new job and taking it up with the BBB and the government/labour board. That is something that is completely unacceptable in a world of payroll and direct deposit. By letting that go you justify what he did and he'll feel he can do it again. That is...

Two months? An 8 week response time would be unacceptable in any business. If he can't send them in a timely manner then he should be offering refunds and shutting the business down or offering perpetual licenses. Yes shit can happen, but you either run your business or you don't. It shouldn't be th...

send email to calvin@ectune.com Title it in caps, ECTUNE LICENSE. It'll be three weeks Sunday, and I sent emails to both Calvin directly and through the website's contact email (license request). I really don't know what else to do. I request it weeks before I need it (April 8th) and still no respo...

Nothing in my email yet. I just checked out the website again and maybe I'm blind but wasn't his phone number on there at some point? I noticed the store is 'closed' too. I hadn't noticed that before. I'm good if I get my license before this weekend, otherwise I guess I'm stuck using Chrome, the emu...

Calvin loves switching people from ostrich to demon.... Makes his software that much more secure in his eyes (afaik last time I checked). Your call... But I know he'll do it. I love my ostrich because of EMutility, furthermore because of the lack of disconnects I see from demons (personally speakin...

Re: Tune file seems to get buggy with multiple changes
Are you using an Ostrich or a Demon? Sounds like you might be experiencing noise issues. Obviously the program isn't being corrupted if you're able to re-use it, but there sure sounds like there is something freaking your computer out. Maybe some other folks can chime in here, I know JaredKaragen an...

Hey, has anyone heard back from Calvin? I'm stuck in the same boat as you Jared (license request sent April 8th, and I've emailed both Calvin directly and through the website). Why this isn't automated based on a paypal address or payment ID I don't know, but I'd at least like to devendorize my ostr...

Last time it was a hard drive replacement and windows reinstall. This time I have no idea -- unless turning off windows native disk compression did it. I had been using it because I temporarily needed a little extra swap space on my HDD. That's the only thing that's changed on my system. Prior to no...

This is NOT the first round of licensing issues and I wasn't looking to be an asshole -- but obviously that was the only way to get some attention about the issue. An automated email would have been better than NO REPLY AT ALL, until after I got angry. Yes we are all human but for a commercial produ...
