Got the exact same problem. Issue with this fluctuating tps is that sometimes the fuel cut comes in and sometimes not, the idle also goes crazy sometimes must be due to ecu thinking you pressed the throttle but physically not.I suspect it is something to do with grounding... havent got it fix though...
