haha....not really...pulled out the batteries and took my time putting in the new ones...

So I got my ostrich working again. I never used the upload base rom and calibration before. Only upload calibration. So after I did rom + cal it started to work correctly. The serial number and registration never changed. Only the base rom needed to be uploaded....

the ostrich was disconnected from the ecu before replacing the batteries. so far i had my tuner burn my current calibration onto a chip and the car starts and runs fine. so it's not a ecu problem. i will try re-flashing the ostrich and reload the base rom and calibration again....i will keep this is...

Ya it connects fine. Shows greed connected and the cal loads like normal. But solid CEL.

hey guys.... i just replaced the 3 AAA batteries in my ostrich version 1.0 and now the car wont start. was running perfectly fine before. i put the new batteries in, connected to laptop and uploaded current calibration which was same as before and all i get is a solid CEL. any ideas or suggestions??

is on board logging really that important to you guys? i sure have no use for it...

I've reported 1 or 2 bugs that haven't been fixed so far and onboard logging for Demon was promised and never implemented, I've swapped my ostrich for a demon to use that functionality. i fail to understand why people are complaining about \"finishing\"? ectune and calvin's online presence?...everything work perfectly fine and it's one of the best OBD1 tuning software's available....so whats the problem? user error i suspect...

will try that out....but i remember in previous versions (cant remember which one) i was able to set it by percentage only. i found it worked better that way.

hey calvin can you check to see the fuel cut below TPS? i know it used to work in previous versions i remember messing with it months ago. it seems to not work at all. i can set it at 1% all the way to 5% and fuel cut will not come on.

try changing the battery inside the ostrich?

any other ectune users running the ID 725/1000cc injectors? what injector offset did you guys use/start off with??
