How hot is that bottom hose getting? If you are truely overheating and over-running the cooling system it should be baking at 214. If it is still just warm I would really be looking hard at the circ system, mainly the radiator. Also, did you check to see how the hg coolant ports align with the head ...

Smooth that map out, that 4th column is pretty messed up. Lines should never cross, if it keeps wanting crossed lines play with the injector offset. Those timing maps also need work, way to conservative, thing has to be slow, your missing almost 10 degrees of timing in your tenth column of your hig...

Correct, the description is right 100% duty = max boost/ vice versa. However if you actually run this then it boosts to the moon, you have to select the NO button. This is why there are so many threads with the NO NC issue. If you hook it up exactly like this with the mac solenoid and external gate ...

Did some testing today, everything worked for me except ECT fuel compensation. In the logs you can see everything work except for the ECT fuel comp. The part of the log from about 50 seconds - 1 min 45 seconds is when I was trying to get it to do anything, I tried random numbers from 1-90 and nothin...

My problem is when i save and open the calibration, option NC is always set. And the description is still backwards for what you want it to do. When I went out to do pulls this is not the case. NO is working how it should (for me at least). Does that assume external wastegate or does it not matter?...

My is doing the same thing also, I will have to check the fuel trim but it started fine so I assume its ok.
