Are you using a obd2 iacv (3 wire)? Do you have the original itr inlet manifold fitted? Could be fitv if you are using obd1 throttle body, obd2 do not have them. The iacv should control rpm vs engine temp.

Are you using a obd conversion harness? Try scoping the output at the ecu and the input to the IACV, when engine/car is cold (possibly temp related!?). If you have substituted both the ecu and IACV with known good units then the circuit would be the next suspect to scrutinise. This may have to be do...

i'll loook forward to it. have to say outside of some bugs it's a very repeatable software!!! just came back from the dyno.... 193whp allmotor 320whp on spray grenaded my ngk 8 iridium in cilinder 3, looked like massive detonation. engine is fine tough, next run allmotor netted a nice 193whp again....

Xenocron nailed it on the head, v-power deposits for sure, see it all the time. Unfortunately v-power is considered one of the better pump fuels in the UK lol

1500gbp for my 5gas analyser, which was bought second hand from my old boss when the testing critera changed for the UK MOT's. I think the price new was around the £3.5k.

We used to do oil samples at Finning as part of the servicing schedule and for warranty work. It was interesting to see the reports and helped us to diagnose alot of issues before they became serious problems. IIRC it was £6 per sample test. I will see if I can dig up the details.
