how do i get my fuel cut back?

my fuel cut stopped working after the last patch, i must say its pretty frustrating, not even any of my old tunes work with fuel cut now. is there anyway to revert back to the previous version?

Im trying to get my decel to work properly, when im going down hill, and the decel hits, the decel light on the datalog screen turns on and off every half a second or so. and the car bogs while going downhill, as if shooting fuel, and cutting it over and over. when it gets to low enough rpm, say 2.5...
