Its just an ordinary hotmail adress, there's been no problem before, so I dont understand why the spam filter suddenly should make such big trouble? I dont have a week+ to wait for the license, my dyno appointment is on friday :(

Nothing in my inbox or my junk mail, and I dont get any email when I hit request license either (it is supposed to be an automated email, if I understand correct?). I also tried deleting the license file like the thread said, but then it would not connect to the ostrich, so I could not request any n...

The \"request license\" button was grayed out, so I sent an email to calvin with serial number, licence number etc. I am taking the car on vacation tomorrow morning, and I'm planning to get it tuned when I'm up the...

Yeah, some of them were taken out after very low rpm pulls and it was probably a little rich down there... :p The two bottom plugs had specs that was sparkling, though, so it looked like aluminium. I diodnt know about that too much fuel could leave marks like that, so i'll try to keep that in mind :...

Could you take a picture of what you think is knock on your plugs? do you have det can? OK, here's some pics of some plugs from my bucket of "almost brand new plugs" :p Its different plugs from the day I did some street tuning, so they are in no special order. I found out how to make the pics less ...

wow, if you have to run that lilttle timing somthing else is wrong.. Better check your timing sync.. what kind of fuel are you running? and what AFRs? Yeah, thats what I'm beginning to think, but I dont know what to look for. Already checked timing sync and valve clearance, both were perfect. AFR's...

I spent some hours on the side of the road today trying to figure out where it was knocking. I did pulls from 2000 rpm with 500rpm increments, until I reached redline, checking the plugs for specs every time. Seems like it was knocking from 4000 rpm and most of the way up. Had to pull a LOT of timin...

Yup, I would really like to go to a dyno and do this too, but I cant afford any more dyno time now. Besides they wont let me be there when they tune my car on the last place I went to, so I wont learn anything, which sucks :( I wished there was some dyno that I could just rent and play with myself, ...

Unfortunately I ran out of new plugs, lol. Have to wait a couple days before some new ones arrives. However, I scraped off the aliminium specs on the porcelain with a small screwdriver just to see if I could get rid of the detonation. Removed some more timing, and also made the ignition curves smoot...

So today I put in a set of bkr7's and drove around a bit after work. Did some normal driving and a couple pulls. Drove to the side of the road, and checked the plugs, and there was some aluminium specs on them again... So I noticed when driving around that there was some lean spots (spiking to high ...

the reason I say that is cause somthing with too cold a plug the carbon doesn't burn off competely from the plug and you get that pepper look, it can be mistaken for det. That is good info! I didnt know that :) I'm pretty sure there was some silver (aluminium) stuff in addition to the black, though...
