Did not do the valves. The set screw on the tb was holding it open so it was idling high. I drove it around some and it didn't die. Its idling around 900-1000. fuel cut does not work properly. After reaching the cut rpm, the fuel cut light flashes instead of remaining solid. I had to turn off fuel cut and tune it.
