Just requested a license for my old laptop. If you could acknowledge the request hopefuly i can use ectune again.

just uninstalled ectune, followed youre steps exept that i did step 15 before I paired the ostrich otherwise ectune tels me it can't detect a demon. Got the license can connect to the ostrich but keep getting the error screen on requesting license

Just installed fresh to a new laptop (win10). Got the license a few days ago. Now when I want to connect the ostrich to ectune. I push request license and I'm getting a screen which only say's error. Is a bug in the software or something windows 10 related?

Well my laptop chrashed so I had to reinstall everything again. Hopefully i can see if it's an issue with my laptop or my ostrich

I think you are wrong on this one. A chip cannot be erased that easily, a Ostrich certainly can! So it can still be your ecu or car's electronics. I would start with a different ecu and monitor the battery voltage at the ecu. If you got a bad regulator, the weirdest things can happen. I checked the...

I followed the manual when i first installed it and it has got the latest ostrich firmware wich is posted on this forum. When I press info in ectune the fendor still says: eCtune But do you mean i use the reset aplication for the ostrich and then reload the firmware?
