Yea I would just swap the thermostat, worst case you'll waste $10 bucks if it doesn't work. When you get the head off, just throw a straight edge on the head and the block and check the warpage.

It hasn't changed for you, the corrections also haven't stopped working for you either but corrections don't work for me. I made some changes again to the corrections today, drove to a friends house got there and didn't log any correction. Turned the car on went home still didn't log any correction....

I have the same problem. I didnt notice every the temp every time its done it but last time it was around 125* F, only with the laptop hooked up and the car warming up does it cut out. Yesterday connecting datalogging from cold start while warming up the car came to about 125 degrees and the car stalled and made the main relay click. Doesn't do that while not connected to datalogging/demon. I will run it again today to make sure.
