Why on almost all cars i have noticed a 1AFR difference if i mount the sensor on the exhaust tip, than mounting it on the stock position either with the catalyst on or with a test pipe.

But isn't it better to have the wideband on the stock position? I always talk from the side of correct readings.

You can follow Honda reccomendations, put an oil pressure gauge on the head, (no tee in the block, on the head) read oil pressure if before Vtec kicks you have standard oil pressure then something is wrong on your solenoid, and i repeat is piston installed correctly? POiston installed backwards or o...

Maybe the Vtec solenoid was worn out and oil pressure managed to get past it OR the piston that is inside the Vtec solenoid was installed upside down.
