a few fuel set up changes=very rich AFRs

Just picking some experianced tuners brains I recently added the following and a GE fuel Rail, braided line from the OEM Filter to the rail and a OEM FPR from a B series. My original setup was a stock lines/rail and FPR from a Y8. After the install I noticed my rail pressure was a few degrees higher...

are you using a GM solenoid?? I have used the closed loop boost control option since the feature was introduced and never had an issue. But..I have had to alter the duty cycle a few times to reach the target due to using a GM solenoid. Do you have the solenoid mounted close to the manifold/downpipe?

I turn on different combinations of accessories (radio, headlights, rad fan) and tune each table to have the most consistent A/F ratio at idle possible.

so you added fuel and you went leaner? Just recently maybe a few ROM versions back after turning my car off and restarting after a few minutes with the ECT temps still close to normal operating temp My A/F at Idle will climb to the high 15's. tuning tip out

I never experianced issues during Tip-Out. Should I leave the default settings of tip-out disable@1900rpm and 0% fuel? I guess I dont understand what should be happening during tip-out or exactly what it is? I thought when you let off that throttle you would want to cut fuel? thx
