Just check for resistance on the ground feed; and power feed from ecu if you feel the new to go that far. In the wiki mentioned above it shows you how to turn the o2 input into a true 5v input. Then your good to wire it up. If you use it without the 5v mod, you only see up to a certain afr (wherever afr the uego ends when at 3.35v) As far as the uego not outputting correctly all the time I can't help yo...
