Bindegal is right. Ive seen it on a S2K with 2 pumps and a starvation tank. Both pumps had to pump it through the old single return line. The pressure went to the moon!

Great plan! You can try to let it run in ultra high AF mode by using wideband closed loop @16:1 or so to get max fuel economy. If you tune the maps with normal AF's, but setting a target closed loop at 16:1 or so, it might work. Maybe you dont even need egr. Even under light boost it must be possibl...

Maybe a small 12V rechargeable battery to power the gauge with a diode between the cars battery. That way the gauge keeps its power while starting. The diode will prevent the small battery to fall below 12V.

I got quite some good results when I changed the position of the IAT sensor. I used an Civic EK4 sensor but that was on a NA motor. Less heat soak problems!

The biggest problem is in the map sensor. Did you change the map sensor? Otherwise, you can change the map load values in the map itself.

Do you see any indication of knock on the plugs? 24* is pretty much timing for a charger at 13psi. Try to lower the ignition a few degrees and see if the graph looks better.
