what does it feel like when you get to 7k? dose it feel like its making power and then stop abruptly like your hitting a fuel or ignition cut? I just looked at your last datalog and It shows 7800 rpms on the log. the rpms that you logged look choppy as hell, but maybe thats just me.

I just put a fuel cut into the fuel map. you can look at my post above for an example. I will take it out of my fuel map when I get fuel cut to work good for me through the software. It works fine for now though.

I had the same thing happen on my car. turned out that the Idle air screw port was clogged up pretty good. This may not be your issue, but it wouldn't hurt to check it out.
