Relocating your iat before the tb helps Also using a gm iat sensor helps as well, as it reacts faster. Add fuel in your iat comp tables in the light load column when the iats rise. I agree, its important to tune out the 1 & 2 columns properly, but I never use a negative number for the tipout value. I have found it causes drive ability issues.

If you try to correct out the rich tip out, you will cause driveability issues. Rich tip out is normal and needed to keep the car smooth during throttle transitions.

Could the belt be slipping? Sounds odd but I have seen it happen with most high rpm hondas. They chew the alternator belts up till you either go with a ati crank pulley, a light weight alt pulley or both. Maybe a shot in the dark, but just tryin to help.

Yes I try to give the customer extra time if needed. Most of the time the customer is having fun enjoying WOT by the 3rd tune revision. These are very dialed in tunes once finished.
