Just check for resistance on the ground feed; and power feed from ecu if you feel the new to go that far. I've found that sensors aren't exact these days; for instance several map sensors (stock) topping out at a total of 10.1psi and lower; causing customers to melt pistons because they demand x psi...

Confirm lack of resistance on ground for map; Make sure PA/Baro isn't modifying the seen value; Compare ecu reading to a precision calibrated vacuum gauge. No auto meter or over the counter piece of junk for this test.

Most electric senders for aftermarket gauges are a resistance value; others like GM 3 pin and whatnot provide a voltage profile (not exact in my own expirance). Depending on the input used; an appropriate sensor needs to be used.

I believe there's a fused Connection on the fuse box you can utilize... I don't remember which is the one, or if it cuts while cranking. Best bet is to tap just off the ignition switch harness; unplug the s terminal from the starter to expirament with which wire it is.

LOL. Thanks for the reply. Hope I can get some technical detail from Calvin or someone. I can always reverse it, too, but that's a little more work. Don't have a ton of extra time on my hands. I think eCtune is a quality product. Love that part about it. I write software for a living and can tell C...

In the wiki mentioned above it shows you how to turn the o2 input into a true 5v input. Then your good to wire it up. If you use it without the 5v mod, you only see up to a certain afr (wherever afr the uego ends when at 3.35v) As far as the uego not outputting correctly all the time I can't help yo...
