For a NA engine is it ok to leave stock igntion values while using launch control?

Need some guidance on launch control feature, at the moment I have it just set to x rpm but should I be adjusting ignition timing in this area or leave as is? and what about fuelling in this area of the map? Tried with filter removed but still having a drop in mbar after 6k. Perhaps a larger TB is needed?
