This would probably even benefit a stock pump slightly. Even 1 or 2 extra volts over 12v causes a large increase in flow in most pumps, often exceeding the percentage voltage increase.

Because fuel doesn't atomize well at low temperatures, the ECU needs to inject more fuel to get the engine to idle well. You shouldn't really aim for an AFR when it's cold, it's more of an experiment to find what values let the engine run well enough until everything is warmed up. Thus you can't jus...

Works fine on my HP Core Duo laptop and cellphone cable. I use these drivers, first one on the page: http://www.prolific.com.tw/eng/downloads.asp?ID=31 Although I haven't tried datalogging since r5, I'll test it after I finish changing my oil.

Was this on an engine dyno, or just calculated? The sides say flywheel hp/tq.

The LC-1 is definitely intended for permanent installation, Innovate even says so. If you need something portable, they have the LM-1. Why did you get an LC-1 if you weren't doing permanent install? Pretty much every problem I've seen with the LC-1 has been caused by people not reading the direction...

Sounds like the plugs might be too cold, have you tried a different heat range to see how it idles?

No problems with the LC-1 for me. BTW, it's 'Innovate', not 'Innovative'.

I guess my problem is the terms \"Interpolate Columns\" and \"Interpolate Row\" are ambiguous. Selecting a single column shows the button with the tooltip \"Interpolate Row\" which is confusing since the data selected is in a column, not a row. I now understand that you mean \"interpolate along the ...

And that interpolation is done horizontally, across the rows. You can also select three columns because you want to interpolate them vertically, but to do that you have to click the button with horizontal lines, which seems counter-intuitive.

Well, if you select just one column (Y axis), then the button that pops up has lines going from left to right (X axis). I think it makes more sense to have the button graphic match the selection, so if you select a column, then the interpolation button that pops up matches the axis you want to inter...

There's a button that says \"clear all logging info\" or somesuch that will clear the overlays. Clear map trails is just to clear any map tracings that have occured if you have it enabled.

DIY tuning with eCtune

I've spent about a week now playing with ectune, and here are my impressions. Keep in mind that I am not a professional tuner, and only have experience tuning my own vehicle with Uberdata and crome over the past 2 years. Also, ectune has very little documentation at this point, so all my tuning was ...
