you cant have it trigger on than ofd at different rpms, only on or off between certain rpms.

i wouldnt post it otherwise. I have been tuning on CROME and using eCtune on my own car for years like this with no issues, on the same emulator. just follow the steps I posted when switching to and from ectune.

ususally an error during intial license request or second (device) license request indicated a system or hardware problem.

OBD1 ECU's dont have the hardware to control the OBD2 tranny. You will need to wire up an obd2 ECU in parallel, so that it can get all sensor data, but not throw a CEL for anything major so the tranny doesnt go into any type of safe mode. Use moates EMutility. In your other app; save as a rom (.bin) and use EMutility to push each update to the ostrich. This is a stopgap failsafe that worked for me. I asked several times for a standalone devendorizing utility already.

The tuner version does have provisions for reading a ROM... but; you would need to find a tuner that will burn a final chip for free; which I think they pay for.
