The resolution of the 3 bar is by itself fine, I´ve never had any issues with them. There is some nit-picking but nothing serious. For some, the accuracy between sensors isn´t spot on. This is to be expected at these aren´t motorsports parts. So, should you replace your 3-bar with another, seemin...

Don´t forget to look at the possible simple explanations also. Make absolutely sure that all engine/chassis/ECU ground wires are perfect. The old ground wires as well as their respective connections can get rusty, greasy or whatever over time. And you´d be surprised how much voltage drop can be se...

You want the ECU ground to end at the engine somehow, not the battery - for the sake of not offsetting the voltage measured at various sensors when there is a current draw. Addiitionally.. Engine needs both of the big chassis ground connections to ensure reliable operation. From memory there´s usua...

What I am suggesting is in fact the exact opposite. You could have something configured that is causing the problem. Or maybe those ...

Ensure all ground connections are perfect. That goes for the wires themselves (if in doubt replace) as well as where they go. I have solved the weirdest electrical problems this way during the years :) The most interesting one by far was a customer with a car that was seemingly perfect everywhere, y...
