Try to look at your offset table. I'm also having the same problem. Check your battery voltage if it is staying stable.

Ok your having the bucking issues when above VTEC, I see your problem.. go to 00:39:42.864 in log 1506.. Your map values are spiking from 160 to 212-222 while on the VTEC lobe. You have your Mbar set to 212, so its gonna cut in and out of fuel cut.. You either need to set your fuelcut Mbar to like ...

I have a cal + log from a B18c. The problem issen't decel, but if you decel and you hold you foot a bit on the trottle(with 1% tps) than the problems start. It's hard to explain it My English is a bit rough I'll post it up tonight.
