I also had the exact same thing happen to me during my initial testing and after taking Calvin's advice and rolling back to 18. Verify and get now work every time.

Or you could just make a new folder for every customer and save all their info in it for easier acess and you'd never have to hunt for it later down the road. Sorry no help on the snapshots though.
