don't do your burn out IN the water box.. Get in the water roll them over once or so to get them wet, then do your burnout on a dry patch, as soon as you see good smoke let off and stage. whats the difference ? i always have the track crew line me up and some do a horrible job. what i was told by a...

just got back from the track

i got my first 11sec. pass, 11.976@118.29mph to be exact. then right after w/o cooling the car down i ran 12.075@117.75 with even a better 60'. first round of eliminations i dialed in a 12.0 and ran a 12.146@106 which was not good enough for the guy running a 14.398 on a 14.36 dial in...i still lead...

it was a windy day. i usually trap around 116-117. i ran my best 12.12@117 with a 1.9x 60'. last weekend i cut a 1.86 but the car broke up spark in top of 3rd....new plugs and they weren't gaped right. this is all done on 3y/o bfg dr's. :x going out today again, wish me luck. lol

start with 8psi and then play around with the 2step.

yeah your making around 260whp. you need to work on your 60 foot's. i do better on my bfg dr's. what your pressure in the slicks ? play with the 2step and the tire press. but by the looks of it, the tire press seems to be to high...you spin well inot 3rd. what size slicks ? also, get on the dyno, yo...

yeah, r14 0.54? wit the tip-in patch. and its still doing it. i email the cal to calvin. and yes, fuel cut only. if i use ignition cut it pops a lot more on the line.

just tested with a new patch and the car drives very smooth with -28 tip-in! much better then before when it was at -50. thanks calvin. off topic: i love being able to talk to the creator of my ems over MSN! simply badass!!!

he has a po6 but switching would make for more problems. his harness doesnt have vss plug on it for some reason, but he doesnt get a cel for it because he is using a obd1 cable tranny gsr ecu....i think. :? ill post pics of the board in a little.
