354whp/ 270wtq D16z6 Vitara/FJ Rods, Suptertech/bisimoto
d16z6 75.5mm vitaras/ FJ i-beam rods Toga HV oil pump STock port head Supertech Springs and retainers Bisimoto 2.4 turbo cam gt3076r, 0.63 ar exhuast 3\" downpipe and full 3\" exhuast, no cat ACT Xtreme pressure plate, 6 puck sprung disc AEM methanol injection 91 octane, 50/50 methyl hydrate/distilled water mix 550cc/min nozzle This was done on a mustang dyno. I think the car could have made more power at this amount of boost..I didnt want to push the timing too much. I had my plugs gapped at 0.028 ish and they had no trouble. but at 23.6 psi, i was running in the 23.1/25.06 boost colums, final igntion was 9.5 degrees. i see 22psi at 5100 rpm, and it startes to creep to 23.6 at the end. Ectune boost controller failed..so i went with MBC for the day. Shit is backwards in the software...i have a NC solenoid, and it hits boost cut at 0% duty cycle.. Set it to normally open..and seems to work except increasing over 35% DC doesnt change boost..something aint right. Also we were taking the car to 8100rpm..but the test was stopping at 7800...i didnt realize this until after lol..so it probably would have actually made a bit more .. I duno what do you guys think..id really like to see what it compares at on a dynojet..my injectors were at 81% duty cycle...RC 750s.. Air fuel ratio hovered between 11.6 and 12.0

That graph is jacked bud, no cross shown at ~5250. Its really there, but the left hand scaling is not equaled out. Tell your tuner or dyno operator to 'force identical scales' Fixes this prob right up. I'd like to see what your [WC] correction factor and smoothing value was. Looks like it could be smoothed up with maybe some timing manipulation. Looks like you got a pretty stout d series, nice build! DK

Gotta be a fun car, looks like you've done a good job with it, those graphs are more like it.

tried adding timing as it got past 7400 rpm..didnt seem to make any more power..it gets a bit rich up top there..but im fine with it for the time i had to play with it more on the dyno.
