I think you should put vtec 200 rpms higher, and play with timing a little change the maps on vtec completely...

thanks i added 4 degrees on the high cam and made power stopped there because i only paid for 3 pulls What do you mean change the maps on vtec completely? How do you think the power is? i did 147whp before the turbo to give an idea how the dyno reads.

You dont wanna \"Feel\" vtec.. you want a smooth transition you wanna be able to hear it.. but thats good power.. however thats pretty big injectors for such a simple setup and i believe some more timing adjustments would yield some more power.. Even some gear tuning if you have that to you.. tuning out some overlap could help.

Thanks for the advise but what do you mean tuning out some overlap? i just bought a tial 10psi spring. so im going to pop that in. Do you think it will be safe running 10psi on the stock map sensor?

Its the highlighted part BAD news guys Tonight i put in a 10psi spring Only registered as 8psi on the map.... And took a pull, 1-4the gear and come to idle and car miss fire. LOTS of Smoke out the valve cover So i guess my ring lands are broke #3 Spark plug is wet with oil... What do you guys think caused te ringland to brake?

Are you sure the dizzy was set right? Did you use the timing tool to set the dizzy? I think your timing was way to high in real. Your map looks pretty safe. So if your dizzy was set wrong, this can happen.

I drove the car on a basemap for about 2 weeks i had a slight mis fire... thought it was the plugs or injectors.... I guess the extra cylinder pressure destroyed the rings/ringlands.

the stock pistons can't handle much pressure, they are good till 0.4 bar and carefull tuning put some forged ones in and some rods and go for 0.9 or 1bar with a blockguard.
