Stock GSR 312@12PSI

Post by Bugermass »

Havn't posted anything in a while. Heres a bone stock GSR. I tuned it on ths treet about a year ago. The customer upgraded to a external wastegate and a new downpipe so I retuned it tonight.. Compression on the motor was still 220 all the way across the board. Stock GSR Love Fab Log Manifold Ebay Special Turbo Ebay Wastegate and BOV 14PSI Tial Spring cause his ebay boost controller didn't work Ended up with 12 PSI on wategate. I'll post the map later. Laptops in the car and I'm too lazy to go get it tonight ;)

Spools real late, but good power none the less.

Yeah it used to be an internal gate turbo, he took the gate out but the hole wasn't sealed all the way to it caused the turbo to lag. He welded it up today and it spools much faster now and makes 14PSi on the same spring. Not sure how much power its putting down now, but prolly a bit more and for sure more tourque.

the AFR is on the graph. About 12.0.. The timing on this map was pretty agressive.. I'm usually more conservative on pump gas, but the customer wanted to make 300HP and we didn't have any larger springs lol ...
