Very sharp! Are you still utilizing the GReddy elbow or did you step up to something less restrictive?

Na, I did away with that restrictive piece of junk... I replaced it with a Custom 3" Downpipe, helps her spool earlier thats for sure:

I made very similar #'s (254/244) with a pretty much identical setup at 11 psi. Put a cutout or open dp and you will see 10-15 more whp.

Thats good power for a greddy kit.. The most I've ever gotten out of the greddy kit on a LS was about 275@ 18 PSI.. Didn't really wanna push my luck much more than that cause I could tell from the fueling that the backpressure was already getting pretty high on the top end.. I'll post that map if you want to compare..

^Same I've been told the 18G is limited to about 300hp, 18psi is up there, I can't imagine this turbo is very efficient in that range.

Only 49% duty cycle on 550ccs...not bad, I would have thought it would be in the 60-70% range but now that I think about it, that sounds about right. Did you have any problems with the 18g's wastegate over 14psi? I've read that you run into boost creep problems with the 18g over 14psi.

nope didn't have any creep issues. The timing was maxed out for the setup and fueling was in the 11.5s ..

Nice sharp calibration for a stock block. It can handle a lot of timing! We dont have LS blocks here in Holland.

Sweet ! I thought I was the only who messed with the GReddy kit...LoL...that elbow is a piece of crap and the cause of all the problems with that kit. The stock kit on my B16 made 193whp at 7psi and after the ramhorn manifold, downpipe upgrade (2.5 inch off the turbo) on just under 6psi i made 223whp/272whp on 10psi. I just got the motor built and am about to upgrade the downpipe and exhaust to 3 inch and kicking up the boost to 20psi

I think you would benefit greatly porting the head. What are the plans now or you going to leave it the way it is? Oh by any chance do you still have the GReddy elbow laying around?
