A other customer of mine. Stock D14z2 stock(90bhp) June 2009 ++ Custom made ITB's (too big for D14) from a Suzuki GSXR-1000 ++ Milled head, 3angle valve job, revised head completely ++ compression about 9,8:1 ++ OMI-Performance high compression valves ++ OMI-Performance valve springs ++ OMI-Performance titanium retainers ++ eCtuned Stock igniton map, 6700 rpms. Could'nt finish the tune because of complaining neighbours. 129,8hp @ 6700rpm 138Nm @ 5900rpm

September 2009 ITB and XS Power turbokit. 3,8 psi - 180 bhp @ 6000 rpm(goal was 8000 rpm) At that point the airbox broke, and had to call it a day.

Wow! That's a lot of power for a d14. How did you get 180 hp with only 3-4 psi?

I don't have any info about it. But he is making a new one because this one cannot hold the pressure. If i am not mistaking, he is going to buy this one.

The interface between the baseplate and airbox seems easy to see from that picture. I am more interested in how the baseplate is fastened to the individual runners - some sort of O-ring? Gasket? Seems like that will be your weak point.

It can be done, but TPS indexing is not possible anymore. And Map indexing is a real pain in the ass! But it is working fine....

could I get a link to a retailer that sells those style of air ducts? and a approx price? This might work very well with a turbo project I may have in-store if I am stuck with my current motorcycle through the winter
