Image however I had major issues with ectune. 1. My 1000cc Precision injectors were maxxed out according to ectune. It was 97% at 425whp. 2. For some reason my boost silenoid settings were changing from open to closed. I tried to save it closed but when I would reopen my map it would change to open. If anybody could help me with those 2 issues I think I would feel comfortable making more power and I'll feel better about ectune.

You are losing quite a bit of power on top-end!!!! :shock: Oh wait, image is rotated :roll: :lol:

Once I had 1200cc RC's maxed out. We found out the FPR was broken. Fuel pressure was way too low!

I have a fuel pressure gauge. I had to raise the pressure on the regulator to 60psi fuel pressure at idle to make the 425whp

I don't always watch and see what the program says the duty cycle is at as it can be off. You have to watch the A/F ratio and make sure you are still good. Now if your A/F was dropping and your only making 425whp with Precision 1000cc at a base pressure of 60psi then you have a issue in your fuel system. If not then don't worry what the program is saying and keep tuning to you truly run out of injector or pump. My car on eCtune says I'm at 100% injector at around 400whp with the ID1000's on a 65psi base but I still had plenty of injector and didn't run out of pump and injector until 677whp, but I'm also using E85 and twin walbros.

Good info. No my afr wasn't dropping so I guess I'll go back and retune

There is a math formula you can use to calculate actual duty cycle as well, injector time vs rpm I believe. Last season w an oem regulator I was showing maxed out @ 28psi, s366, id1000s. Did the math, it was correct. added a 1:1 fpr using a higher base, dropped injector duty down 30% or so, not a problem since.
