Impressive  What boost is that at? In a CRX that would be awesome! Y49 as well mmmm :) When you say 20g is that an upgraded version of a Subaru/Mitsubishi 16g? I have a 10.5mm Evo6 16g with a tigart manifold going on my B18c & I've been looking at the 20g cold side upgrade they list it rated to 450hp on a Evo... Bill

Damn, I didn't know a 20g could make that kind of power on these cars! Good Job Chris!

Its mainly the cams that make it possible. The original shop that I worked for back in like 1999-2000, went through about 4 revisions of the these cams before we found a profile that we loved. Back then it was for all motor, but one day I decided to throw them in a boosted motor and i was like holy hell!!.. They are just plain a great all around cam for an LS. I'm thinking of having crower or webb or somone make them on a production level for us. They have tons of lift, tons of duration, but the actual profile is very gentle on the valvetrain, I've run these to 8K on stock springs and retainers with no issues, and on a built head will make power to 9200-9400 or so without poping out rockers.

How are they in comparison to say the 404s?

not to be mean, but 404s are garbage .. Yes ppl make power on them , but they are really crappy compared to these and make significantly less power than my regrinds. I can run my regrinds on stock spring and retainers to about 7800RPM safely. and they have way more lift and duration than 404s.. They just have a much gentler ramp in/out .. Designed by a real cam engineer. lol.
