Decent setup in a slightly dinged up 93 hatch, nice little sleeper. We kept having nightmare problems with the pickup so I ended up tuning the car vs mph; no torque readings for some of these but I can go back and calculate it if anybody is curious. 11 psi wastegate vs 26 psi high boost: Image Fooling around I was able to re-verify peak output of a .60 trim with stage 5 exhaust wheel + .63 housing is ~475 (on this dyno). Powerband is a little peakier than on Goforth's car, not what I was expecting off GSR cams. Car also made peak power a 3-4 psi lower, I'm thinking it's in the manifold design. Boost was 27 psi this run: Image There were a few teething problems with the 100 shot... the bottle pressure was down so the AFRs just went to a 10.4 flat while the car misfired. There was some gain in power despite this... also got a 491 with a fresh bottle and the same problem due to fuel jet being too large, dunno what I did with that sheet: Image http://redpepperracing.com/gallery/d/19 ... us+lol.bmp This run is interesting, as peak power is at 7500 rpms before the turbine starts to choke off flow and skews the tune; the huge change in pressure across the turbine strangles the engine and there was simply too much fuel coming from the injector for the amount of flow through the engine at that point. I'd say the safe limit of flow across a stage 5 .63 housing exhaust side is in the 575-600 whp range. I might be able to finesse 650-ish out of this setup using eCtune to yank fuel up top while spraying, but we ran out of time and there is no way this car is ever going to hook up at those power levels. You are running a 100 Wet shot? Direct Port or Single fogger? Those 2d fuel maps must look delicious
