Decel problems

So after figuring out my timing problems im having a problem with decel when i decel the my cars Vacume goes from the regular 26in to 20 which causes very harsh bucking but it only happens under 2k and above 5k What could this be? i will try to post a datalog tomarrow.

fuelcut is going on and off. Check the vacuum values at the fuel cut settings. Try also a bit longer time delay for fuelcut.

@ fuel cut Afs should be lean 15:1 or even leaner also
