i have the same ecu. i am going to add EBC as: IAB/Autolockup EBC(A17): Add IC16 SK51515 or similair ADD d13 1n4004 (1N4004DICT-ND) This makes the A17 as 12+ volt output.... not sure when i'm going to get to this. race season is over here and it might be a month or so. post up what you get working. i will do the same if i get to it.

you could easily move that 5151 (or 5050) from the VTEC (one on right) to the EBC location... very few components to add...
