Fuel pressure settings

Post by danny »

is there a chart for setting fuel pressure...say you have 1200cc inj and 255 pump, and your power goals are 450ish...do you just leave it stock or go lower...??? i have an aeromoative FPR...which is a true 1:1 FPR...so would i have to make any adjustments pass stock pressures?

Go with fuel pressure that the maker of your injector recommends.

you have a big injector if you goal is only 450whp. I'm sure it will work fine just a little more difficult to tune low rpm/idle loads. anyway....like suggested set your fuel pressure to what the injectors are rated at. usually around 43-45psi?
