ECU doesn't know which direction the dizzy is spinning, only that it is spinning. so long as it gets the signals in the right order, it's happy. i've been running my 3SGTE on a P75 since late 06' and it hasn't so much as hiccuped. i've had fewer problems with the car in general since i swapped the ECU out (because it was actually cheaper than replacing my dead airflow meter).butch11a wrote:i'm doing something similar to that but on a toyota 4a-gze turbo and i'm wondering if you inverted the tdc trigger wheel and the cam position sensor since the dizzy will be turning in the opposite direction....
