I have a weird problem with my car. I have ectune pro version. My car only start with the usb cable conectect to the laptop, when the laptop is on. Only change the ribbon cable, becase I found a broken line. I bougth a new ribbon and attach to the ostrich. At this moment the car don't start, even the laptop is on. In the ostrich info appears false registration. Please anybody help me! I need my car run for this weekend.

Thanks! I do that. Only I need the ostrich license.This ostrich, at this moment appears false. I am waiting a new license. I don't know why I need to do this again. I do that in the summer and work. I don't reset vendor. This ostrich is the same. Only use the ostrich with ectune. Thanks buddy. Please ectune administation, Help me! I need this car runing for this weekend

Thanks Calvin! The lincense work with the ostrich, but the ostrich only work with the laptop on. Could the batery be bad? If the laptop is off, or the ostrich disconnected the engine start with the MIL on and the rev cuts at 3500. With the laptop on and the usb cable is conneted the engine start with the MIL off and the engine revs with out problem.
