Need advices about spark plug color

is it me or do those plugs look \"hot\"

they slightly looked hot from my opinion.... because the hotness seen in the strap goes all the way down to the plug body; but it's hard to tell what the actual heat looks like in the metal.... that white from deposits can be misleading.

well that white deposit also could be from the plug being too hot and the ethanol from most gas stations nowadays. You cant even see a clear distinction from the ignition timing so its possible that it could be running too hot of a plug and too much timing. When was that plug pulled? from idle or during other engine operation?
