a few fuel set up changes=very rich AFRs

Just picking some experianced tuners brains I recently added the following and a GE fuel Rail, braided line from the OEM Filter to the rail and a OEM FPR from a B series. My original setup was a stock lines/rail and FPR from a Y8. After the install I noticed my rail pressure was a few degrees higher then original I am thinking no big deal just a tad richer. I had my car tuned to a consistent 11.5 A/F in boost....now I am in the 9/10 range?? Maybe my LC-1 us acting up? I know there is better fuel flow now but it is normal to see this big of a difference? Thanks
