Alternator or Electrical problem?
When I 1st put in KOEO position I get code 3, but CEL shut off like normal. Car starts like normal, run fine, then 3 miles later, I start to get power failure. Got a jump, and 1/4mi power failure again. repeated the same type of jump and same happened again. the time I jumped it, I let it charge longer, car ran around 2 miles and power failure. What would cause this problem?

Battery offset will usually not have a problem while the car is running under load. Usually bad battery offsets will show themselves when your car is at an idle and an electrical load (ex. fan coming on, turning on headlights, ac etc...) causes your car to die. Another indication of bad battery tables is inconsistent A/F at idle. So no if your car just dies while going down the road then it is most likely an alternator issue. Like it has been mentioned before, just jump your car off, get it running, unhook jumper cables, then test voltage at the battery with a volt meter. If it is less than 13.5 to 13.0 at idle then your alternator is bad.
