Correct way to hook up an alternative vtec output

Post by TopMountGSR »

How do I hook this up correctly? Is it as simple as running a wire from say a20 to the vtak solenoid? Thank you for your time, dk

I think I figured it out, Its a negative output, so use it as a trigger on a relay. Relay: 87 - vtec solinoid 86 & 30 tied together to +12v source 85 - [-] ecu non inverted trigger I think that will work, I have to wait till the customer comes back down to the shop.
