I have an engine with the following spec: * B18C4 * B16B camshafts * B18C6 dual valvesprings My question is what will the max rev limit be for this engine? (On the save side) Stock rev limit B18C4: 8,100 rpm Max power: 7,600 rpm Stock rev limit B16B : 9,000 rpm Max power: 8,200 rpm Stock rev limit B18C6: 8,700 rpm Max power: 7,900 rpm

springs dictate head rev potential, cams dictate which of those RPM are useful. B18C4 = VTi B16B (CTR) = 98+ JDM B18C (ITR) and '00-01 USDM B18C5 cams B18C6 = JDM B18C (ITR) B16B (CTR) - 185hp@8200 & 118ft/lbs@7500 B18C (ITR) - 210hp@8100 & 130ft/lbs@7600 your springs should be safe for at least 8700 RPM. (more like 9000+, but being safe) But you'll likely start droping power over 8200, I'd set the rev limiter at 8700 and shift at 8400.
