02 exhaust probe/clamp?

I have a innovate lm-2 and have decided to purchase there exhaust clamp which you bolt the 02 into and read AFR's from tailpipe. How accurate are the results taken from this point compared with bolting the 02 at the manifold collector? The car im using it on is a honda civic b16a with decat and aftermarket catback... I understand if the factory cat was in place it would not be possible to read afr's at the tailpipe...

it reads almost the same according to install it just at the end of the exhaust manifold.
