My water temps and egt are at their highest when on the interstate. Rpm will be at roughly 3000 rpm and water temps will creep over time. I checked my map and was at 33 degrees advanced, I am going to try and advance it a little more. But what is a general \"rule\" for cruising timing?

in most cases on a B series you can run from 45-50 deg in cruising. if your building up heat at highway speeds there is somthing else wrong with your cooling system or fan.
