I need help tuning my H2B-Euro R- ITBs setup

Guy's i have a problem tuning my car, i live in Egypt, we dont have tunners here nor dyno's so i am tuning my car my self on street tune. i must carify that i lack the tuning experiance, i am only an amature. Here is my setup: -H2B Euro R S4C tranny EK -balance shafts removed -home made mild port and polish job -BC springs and Ti- retainers -Injector dynamics 725cc+ Walbro Fuel pump+ AEM fuel filter -Hytech big tube replica header+ 3'' exhaust -MSD coil, rotor and cover+ magnecor R100 wires+ NGK 7's -Twm ITBS -ACT clutch -Kaaz LSD what i need is if any one has a cal. i could start with. or any one can give me some advices to start tuning taking them into concederation.
