closed/open loop doubt (stock code)

Post by civic4g »

Hi mates A little doubt that have emerged today: In a stock ecu running in closed loop it's starts adjusting short and long term fuel trims, as soon as the ecu switches to open loop (in wot condition for instance) does it still apply short and long term corrections that were calculated when in closed loop or not at all. By other words, will be a difference in power output running the car at wot with an ecu that already has the short and long term fuel trims calculated vs same ecu reseted (zeroed short and long term fuel trims)?

No closed loop does not effect WOT or high load
